It happened at a Wal-Mart in Georgia and now he may go to jail. The victim and her mother were shopping and the child would not quit crying, so the suspect told the mother "If you don't get that kid to shutup, I will", the child did not stop and he met them in the next aisle and slapped the toddler 4 to 5 times in the face and said "See, I told you I would make her stop crying"! What would you do if a stranger slapped your child?
