What is going on??

You hear all these unbelievable stories of people kidnapping, killing and it never seems to end. Now they found a Census Worker hanged with the word "fed" scrawled on his chest. Why, what would make someone want to do this? It's extremely upsetting and makes no sense. Read the complete story here.
