BEYONCE & JAY-Z WELCOME BABY GIRL!

After weeks of speculation and rumors, Jay-Z and Beyonce are now officially the parents of a baby girl! Beyonce gave birth to Blue Ivy Carter via c-section late Saturday in New York City.
