Ok, I really thought it would have been something with a little more pizzazz...but it's Time not People!! Ben Bernanke, yes the man in charge of the Federal Reserve is Time Magazine's Person of 2009. He doesn't have a commanding presence, he isn't a mesmerizing speaker and is not full of charisma. He is very shy and really knows his stuff.
