OMG - I ate too much!!!!
Do you feel this way today?? The Holidays can present so many ways to put on extra pounds...now it's time to get rid of them. I am making my New Years Resolution early this year!! Here is a list of 50 ways to cut calories....you could start with one of these, I know I will!! #1 is to Shake your Groove thing!!
