Eat yourself Lucky for 2010!

I found a list of foods that you are supposed to eat to bring you good luck in the new year! Now at midnight in Spain, they eat 12 grapes, one for each hour in the day and one for each month in the new year. Also, they recommend that you eat long noodles on New Years Day in order to bring you long life, the trick is not to break the noodle before you put it all in your mouth! There is more, click here!!

Then he cradled his newborn son's limp body seconds after a medical team delivered the baby by Cesarean section. Of course Brett had a few amazing passes...too late for the Vikings though. I only caught the first quarter and at that time I was sure the Vikings would take it. What a great weekend for movie theaters!! Avatar came in strong at #1 with $75 million followed by Sherlock Holmes with $65 million and Alvin & the Chipmunks 2 came in 3rd with $50 million!! All look fabulous and are on my list to see!!!

Strange Swedish Holiday Tradition!!

Every year on Dec. 24 at 3 p.m., half of Sweden sits down in front of the television for a family viewing of the 1958 Walt Disney Presents Christmas special, "From All of Us to All of You." Or as it is known in Sverige, Kalle Anka och hans vänner önskar God Jul: "Donald Duck and his friends wish you a Merry Christmas." How bizzare is that??!!

Brittany Murphy dies suddenly

Just 32 years old, suffers a cardiac arrest and dies...very sad and quite a loss. She was found unresponsive in her bathroom after suffering a cardiac arrest. Speculation begins with rumors that she is diabetic, that many prescription drugs were found in her home, but no foul play ruled as of yet. Not the best weekend for football!

Man, what a weekend...the Saints lose. With no time left on the clock the Steelers score to tie the game and then successfully kick the extra point for a win over the Packers and the Vikings lose with Brett playing like he did in the old days...bummer! Family members of a missing Utah woman are saddened but not surprised that her husband is now a person of interest. He is being very vague in answering questions from the police and claims that he and his 2 young sons went camping in subzero temps the night she went missing....hmmmm. Ok?! Courtney Love loses custody of her daughter?!

The young girl is close to being an adult, Francis Bean Cobain is 17 and is now in the custody of her father, Kurt Cobains mother and sister. No details were stated in the three page order that was issued on Friday. Read more here.
