Busy Weekend!

Are you ready for this weekend? Applefest will be going strong through Sunday in La Crescent. My favorite part is tossing out apples courtesy of Bauer's on Sunday at the King Apple Parade! I will be broadcasting LIVE from Complete Nutrition tomorrow from 10am to Noon - they are having a huge sale, so swing by if you can and of course the Du Run Run on Sunday morning at Riverside Park will be a lot of fun for kids, 2 to 12!
