They may be fun and trendy, but leggings also may be making you flabby! Apparently when you wear leggings, your muscles become lazy. This is because leggings "hold in and support the quadriceps (thigh muscles), buttocks and core muscles in your tummy, and do the job the muscles are supposed to do," says Physiotherapist Sammy Margo.
