Ok, here is my opinion...take it or leave it. They seemed to have over-produced it. I want to see and hear singers, I want to hear what the judges have to say and move on. A few stories are ok, but the truth is it's a singing competition, right? Out of 30,000 singers...how many did we see/hear? There is too much fluff in the show. I like J-Lo and Steven was funny too...Randy mellowed a little too much...well, tonight the talent is from New Orleans...I will give it another try!

What did ya think of Idol?!
Ok, here is my opinion...take it or leave it. They seemed to have over-produced it. I want to see and hear singers, I want to hear what the judges have to say and move on. A few stories are ok, but the truth is it's a singing competition, right? Out of 30,000 singers...how many did we see/hear? There is too much fluff in the show.
