Leona was performing in England when an onstage elevator malfunctioned. They had been having problems with the lift but it did work well in rehearsals and then when there was a scheduled blackout on stage, the accident happened and she fell down the shaft. Leona Lewis fell down an elevator shaft!
Leona was performing in England when an onstage elevator malfunctioned.
