Electronic Ads on License Plates?

Of course, they will try it first in California!! They're looking into live ads which could flash Amber Alerts, road conditions and regular ads...I do like the Amber Alerts and road conditions for sure!! It would be sweet justice if whomever did the kidnapping had the alert flashing on their plate that was seen & reported by someone behind them! Here's the story! Nevada has offered their own version too.
