Being Single is better for your body!
Really, so if you spent Valentine's Day alone, that's ok, really! A new survey shows that single people stay slimmer!
YOU LIVE ALONE: According to a study, living with a partner increases women's odds of becoming obese by 63%! Whoa, and marriage doubles the risk for both men and women!
YOU EXERCISE MORE: Single women get an average of 45 minutes more exercise per week. It's common for people to 'let themselves go' when they're in a relationship.
YOU EAT LIKE A GIRL: Single people have 100% control over what's in the fridge. When women shack up, they often pick up their mate's bad habits, including bigger portions.
YOU HAVE MORE CONTROL OVER YOUR ROUTINE: Let's say your mate doesn't get home till 9pm. If you want to share dinner, you either eat twice or wait -- either way, you overeat!
YOU DON'T SHARE A BED: cuddling is nice, but sharing a bed with someone who keeps you up can wreak havoc on your sleep routine -- and your weight!
See, it's Ok to be single...and have a great list of friends!
