New Years Resolution Tips
Are you making the same resolution you made last year (because you failed)? You're not alone, lots of people don't stick to their resolution, but here are ways to make them stick!
Don't over commit. Maybe shorten it to a couple months rather than saying you're going to the gym every day this year!!
Try 'Progress, not perfection'! People quit because they think they've failed with every little slip up. Keep at it!
Big Goals can help as long as you have a realistic time frame. 50 lbs this year? No problem, as long as you cap your expectations at 1-2 lbs a week.
Get support from family and friends....this is key to help you stick with it!!
