School = STRESS!

De-stress your crazy mornings with these great ideas!! One of the most important ways to get your kids back on track is to make sure they get plenty of sleep! In the summertime many stay up later and play harder, so be sure to get them back in a routine! Try to prepare for the day the night before...pack lunches, check to be sure all homework is back in the backpack and ready to go...check out these other ideas!
