Aaron Gates hit a three-run home run in the top of the 10th inning, Troy Watson earned his first save of the season, and the Loggers beat Eau Claire 6-3 on Wednesday night at Carson Park to sweep the Northwoods League South Division playoff series and advance to the championship for the first time in franchise history.
