Monday, July 5, 2010 will be the day that Wisconsin will go smoke free! I am a fan of that, but I am not a smoker. Smoking will be prohibited in most bars, restaurants and other work places starting that Monday! Even Cycling star Lance Armstrong called Doyle's office to congratulate him on the signing!!
