The BLT!
Ok, what is it about the BLT? I could eat one everyday, actually one for every meal everyday and never get sick of them!! Tonight I am having a BLT Party at my house! I have tons of tomatoes from my garden and I surely do not want them to go to waste, so I invited my Uncle Larry, his girlfriend Lani, my parents and of course, my daughter Morgan over for dinner! BLT'S baby!! Just look at it! What will you have for dinner tonight?

The La Crosse Bicycle Festival final ride!!
We had a ball riding from Cameron Park to Stoddard and back yesterday! We hit a few Tour de Pearl stops as well!! The Thirsty Turtle, La Mirage and Shimmys!!

A 1-Ton Bacon Cheeseburger!
Wow, this is HUGE!! A Casino in Minnesota a world-record cheeseburger that is 10 feet in diameter and weighs more than a ton!! Yesterday I enjoyed a cheeseburger at the Thirsty Turtle in Stoddard...1/2 lb and I had to split it - imagine digging into a 1 ton burger! It took 4 hours to cook the patty and a crane had to flip it!! Here are more details on the story!
