I had such a great time judging the event again this year! 6 teams created wonderful meal options from scratch and presented them to us on a school lunch tray! We sampled and sampled and had to choose a winner, which was tough, for sure!! The winner received $500 cash! Very cool!

I just love saying that, because I may just start believing it!!

I had a very resourceful weekend!! My husband and I have been working on our basement to get it finished up before our daughter, Morgan's Graduation. The toughest part was painting the stairway....here is how I accomplished it :)
