We lost 2 over the Holidays...
Jack Klugman, best known as Oscar Madison from The Odd Couple, died Christmas Eve in Los Angeles. He was 90.
Charles Durning, known for his work on the screen and stage, died Christmas Eve as well in Manhattan. He was 89. You would know him as Jessica Lange's dad in Tootsie and the Governor in Best Little Whorehouse In Texas.
They both will be dearly missed!

A Gender-Neutral Easy Bake Oven is coming!
A 13 year old girl will get her wish, an Easy Bake Oven that her younger brother can be proud to use!
McKenna Pope, 13, of Garfield, N.J., got more than 40,000 signatures on her online petition at Change.org and the support of celebrity chefs including Bobby Flay, who backed her call for Hasbro to make a gender-neutral oven and to include boys in the ads.
She was prompted to start the petition after shopping for an Easy-Bake as a Christmas present for her 4-year-old brother, Gavyn Boscio, and finding them only in purple and pink.
Hasbro invited McKenna and her family to its Pawtucket, R.I., headquarters to meet with its Easy-Bake team, and on Monday, they drove to Rhode Island from New Jersey. During the meeting, Hasbro executives showed off a prototype of their newest Easy-Bake: one that's black, silver and blue.
Hasbro has been working on the new color scheme and design for about 18 months, and decided to invite McKenna to see it and offer her thoughts, said John Frascotti, Hasbro's chief marketing officer.
McKenna said the company is doing everything she asked, including putting boys in the ads.

Most Polite Celebs!
Despite the massive success they’ve enjoyed in 2012, America’s National League of Junior Cotillions has for the second year in a row named Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber the world’s Best Mannered celebrities. NIJC national director Elizabeth Ann Winters said of Swift, “(She inspires) young people with her music and her manners… We think that she conducts herself with such graciousness with her fans.” Meanwhile, Bieber was honored for “consistently showing courtesy to his many fans.” How cool is that?? They are good kids!

My Video Pick of the Day!
You may have wondered what New Anchors do during commercial breaks....here is your answer!
Murder and Castration?!
A convicted killer currently serving two life sentences in a Las Cruces, NM prison for raping and killing a 15-year old girl in Vermont in 2000 allegedly hatched a plan to have Justin Bieber murdered and castrated by a fellow inmate and an accomplice, according to KRQE-TV News in Albuquerque. Convicted murderer Dana Martin recruited Mark Staake to murder the pop star once Staake was released from prison. Staake later recruited his nephew Tanner Ruane to help commit the crime, which was scheduled to take place last month in New York, where Bieber was performing. But for an unexplained reason, Martin nixed the plan and led police to Staake and Ruane, whom they arrested. Again, for some unexplained reason, Martin is obsessed with Bieber and even has a tattoo of the singer on his leg. How creepy is that? There are some downfalls to being famous that's for sure!
