T-shirt making Police mad in China!

Boy, the lengths people will go to NOT have to do something that ultimately could save their lives! Police in China now have to deal with a new T-Shirt design that has a bold stripe that mimics a seat belt. It is illegal to not be wearing your seat belt in China and about 90% of drivers don't care and now are wearing these T-Shirts.
