New Movies to see this weekend!

"Sex in the City 2" - from what I hear, not worth it and "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time" - that one received 3 stars and Jake Gyllenhaal (Dang, look at his eyes!)! I am looking forward to "Marmaduke", "The Karate Kid" and "Toy Story 3" - oh, and "The Killers" with Ashton Kutcher looks great as well!!

I have found it!! Just hit the pump when you are craving your favorite sweet treat....a blast of 0 calorie chocolate!! The hero to thank is David Edwards, a Harvard biomedical engineer!! Disappointment!!

Lee is our American Idol??!! I am sorry, but I am a huge Crystal fan...she has the talent, stage presence and more of an Idol feel to her than Lee, but America voted and chose their Idol!! What a show with the Bee Gee's, Joe Cocker, Janet Jackson, Hall & Oats, Brett Michaels and even Alice Cooper!! The Simon bashing was fun, but this year was a disappointment to me. What are your thoughts?

The Dutchess wants to Dance?!

Man infects himself with a 'computer virus'?

The virus, infecting a chip implanted in Gasson's hand, passed into a laboratory computer. From there, the infection could have spread into other computer chips found in building access cards.

All this was intentional, in an experiment to see how simple radio-frequency identification (RFID) chips like those used for tracking animals can host and spread technological diseases.

The main problem is that everytime he sneezes, he reboots himself....ok, kidding :)

Who will be the next American Idol??

Ok, Crystal stole the show last night and proved to me she is in this competition to win it!! Lee did Ok, but there was no passion and the song choices for me were lame....who is your pick?? Tonight Simon will say good-bye, Carrie Underwood, Christina Aguilera and others will perform and there is a rumor that Paula Abdul will appear in a tribute to Simon!!

She's been the favorite since the first week of this competition, but nothing's certain until it's certain. After some of the finest performances in franchise history, Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger and her partner Derek Hough have won the mirror ball trophy. As much as I loved Evan Lysacek and Erin Andrews's performances, the result just felt right. Nicole and Derek are both fabulous performers and Derek is probably the most innovative of the show's professional dancers. This is his second championship. The first win was with Brooke Burke, who now cohosts the show. This time around, Derek may have suffered some hearing loss in his right ear, because Nicole was so excited that she screamed at the top of her lungs for a good 40 seconds after the results were announced.

Biggest Loser!

Who would have thought that having the title "Biggest Loser" would be so great, but what an accomplishment for the contestants!! The final weigh-in is complete and Season 9's winner is a Dee Jay from Chicago, Michael Ventrella. He is 31 and went from 526 lbs to 262 in just 6 months!! He lost 264 pounds!!! Good for him! Paula back on Idol!

Paula will make an appearance on Idol either tonight or tomorrow night and will also begin her new weekly show, "Got to Dance". She will be lead judge, mentor, coach and executive producer of the show.

Doctors will mend his broken heart.

Brett Michaels has had quite the year and now will go under the knife to fix the hole in his heart. He had a mild stroke last week. Brett says he is very optimistic about it and has no other option and knows he will feel great in the end! We wish him the best of luck!

13 years old and Mt. Everest is off his Bucket List!

Brett is back in the hospital!

Brett Michaels had a small stroke and is back in the hospital. Doctors have found a hole in his heart...how scary is that? He was complaining of numbness on the left side of his body. His condition is operable and treatable. Read the whole story!

BP is going to plug the leak with golf balls!! That's what they are saying!! Not only golf balls but also shredded tires knotted rope. This is very interesting...they put all this 'junk' where the leak is and the golf balls fill in the spots in between the ropes and tires. Is it time for Casey to go home??

Lee and Crystal were fab last night on Idol. Casey did nothing for me at all with the songs he sang. Each contestant picked a song and then a judge picked one for them and I think Simon chose the best for Lee with Hallelujah - wow, very cool version and it really cemented him as one of the top 2...we shall see tonight as one of them will go home. My pick is Crystal and Lee competing for the title of American Idol...oh yes, Justin Bieber will be on the show tonight....oh, as the girls squeel!!

The 'comeback' kid is gone.

This week's elimination wasn't too much of a surprise, but it was still hard to see comeback kid Chad Ochocinco take the floor for the last time. He gave some truly memorable performances this season, and none better than his soulful waltz earlier this week. In fact, Len said that in a "normal" season Chad would have been headed to the finals.

It's the Semi-Finals for Dancin' with the Stars!!

Welcome to the semifinals! This week's show is bound to go down in franchise history: seven out of eight routines were absolutely jaw-dropping (and the odd one out did involve quite the gun show). Chad, Erin and Evan each had their best night ever and Nicole, well, she did just as well as she did last week. The judges handed out two perfect 30s and four 29s, so it's anyone's guess which amazing routine they'll choose for the encore. Holy smokes...what will happen tonight??

American Idol is now down to 3. I missed the show last night and am bummed as Bon Jovi and Daughtry both performed. Big Mike was sent home after quite the roller coaster ride on Idol. He found himself in the bottom 3 multiple times but was so darn likeable and had such a great, loveable personality, that voters kept him on...until last night! Read more here.

Niecy and her jiggly parts went home last night on Dancin' with the Stars! She certainly wasn't the best dancer on the show but was the most improved over the course of the season. I would think she is the funniest contestant as well. Read more here!
