It has been a crazy week and this weekend is jam packed as well!!
Remember to Celebrate Onalaska all weekend long with a Fish Fry tonight, music, cold beverages and more tomorrow and Sunday....I will be the Emcee of The Rugged Run Sunday morning, get registered today for that fun Obstacle Run today!
It's also the Battle of the Bluffs for those of you that love biking! Tomorrow is the Majestic Metric in Holmen and the Apple Blossom Tour is Sunday in La Crescent!

Sonya left the Japanese Port of Choshi yesterday and will paddle for 6000 miles to California! She expects to arrive in San Francisco some time in September! Here is her complete story!
